This 8-week challenge showed how nutritional focus can drive results. Body fat finished at 30%, with muscle rate ending at 65.4%, and subcutaneous fat reducing from 23.8% to 21.4%.
The most impactful adjustment was implementing macro tracking for the first time — monitoring protein, carbohydrates, and fats with precision. Staying within targeted ranges, including keeping protein within ±15g, carbs within ±7g, and fats within ±5g, made a significant difference. Combining calorie control with attention to macro distribution proved to be a winning strategy.
