Beginner Onboarding Program

New to weightlifting? No problem.

LightHouse’s Onboarding Program is a beginner only program designed to help women get comfortable with weightlifting movements and terminology before jumping into the class setting or starting their at-home journey.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

  • Two 60 minute sessions covering the basics of LightHouse’s Weightlifting Program

  • Nutritional guidance to fuel your fitness journey and maximize results

  • Trial Week following the two beginner only sessions

  • Introduction to Weightlifting

    Learn Weightlifting Basics

    Beginners can expect to learn how to set up their own lifting rack, load the bar, gym safety, movement mechanics, and more.

  • Nutritional Guidance

    Learn how to fuel properly.

    Beginners receive a simple to follow nutrition guideline and have a Q&A session with our in-house certified nutritionist Lauren Bradley.
