New to weightlifting? Onboarding at LightHouse Women’s Weightlifting is the best way to get started with strength training.

Your Onboarding Plan:

STEP 1: WEEK 1 & 2

Learn the fundamentals ↓

4 Onboarding Sessions (60 min each)

Learn proper form, basic movements, and how to train safely.

STEP 2: WEEK 3 & 4

Test your new strength ↓

4 Small Group Training Sessions

Apply what you’ve learned in a supportive, coached environment.

STEP 3: WEEK 5

Continue training ↓

Personal Training, Small Group, or Large Group

Pick one or a combination of personal training and group classes

  • Have no recent weightlifting experience
