  • We have a strength first philosophy but we can tailor your sessions to meet your goals. Our basic session structure is this:

    • general warm-up

    • lift specific warm-up

    • 2 lifts

    • fast-paced finisher or mobility work

  • Yes, semi-private is also an option.
