2025 Weightless Challenge Results- Client 1

Over the course of the challenge, there was an impressive drop in body fat from 31.4% to 24.6%, nearly a 7% reduction. Muscle mass increased significantly from 64% to 70.3%, while subcutaneous fat decreased from 22.4% to 17.6%.

The success was attributed to dialing in protein intake — consistently consuming 20-30g within 45 minutes of waking and reaching a daily goal of 170-180g of protein. Maintaining commitment to weightlifting and conditioning, even while traveling, made the difference. What stands out is that there was still room for enjoying favorite foods without deprivation, proving that balance works.
