Significant progress was made during these 8 weeks. Body fat was reduced from 36.1% to 32.2%, a solid 3.9% decrease. Muscle rate improved from 59.6% to 63.3%, and subcutaneous fat lowered from 25.7% to 23%.
The main focus was improving protein intake, cleaning up the overall diet, and prioritizing hydration. Despite weeks impacted by travel or illness, consistency remained strong with at least 4 gym sessions per week, particularly pushing harder on weightlifting days.
