What is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness race that combines:

Next 8-Week Program Starts June 2
2 coached HYROX training sessions per week.
Tuesdays

Final HYROX Simulation Event
At the end of the 8-week program, members will complete a HYROX-style simulation event.
You’ll apply everything you trained for in a supportive, high-energy environment alongside the women you trained with throughout the program.
The goal is simple:
