Strength training helps you build adequate muscle, which means:

This is why our Group Training program is designed around lifting — not endless cardio.

Trial Week

Monday | Squat Day

back squat, front squat, box squat, lunge

Tuesday | Push Day

strict press (alternates with Wednesday)

Wednesday | Push Day

bench press (alternates with Tuesday)

Thursday | Hybrid

lift (different from M/W/F) + past faced workout

Friday | Pull Day

deadlift, sumo deadlift, Pendlay row, deadlift to row

Saturday | Conditioning - Open Gym - Pull Day

conditioning - light weight, fast paced movements

open gym - form work, lift makeups, or follow available programming

pull day - Friday’s workout
