How Group Training Works
Our strength training program follows a simple, structured weekly rotation so you’re building strength — not just showing up and guessing.
Monday: Squat (lower body focus)
Wednesday: Push (upper body focus)
Friday: Pull (full-body focus)
Saturday: Pull (make-up option if you miss Friday)
Each session is built around one primary movement pattern, so you can focus, improve your form, and make real progress.
Most women train 3x per week, with flexibility built in when life gets busy.
