Located in Surf City, NC, LightHouse Women’s Weightlifting offers a youth strength training program designed specifically for girls ages 10–12.

8-Week Youth Strength Training Program
Dates: April 9 – May 28
Schedule: Thursdays, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: Surf City, NC
Ages: Girls 10–12
Spots: Limited to ensure quality coaching

Each session is structured to help girls build strength safely and confidently.

Foundational strength movements
Intro to barbell lifts (squats, deadlifts, presses)
Body awareness and coordination
Every session is coached and age-appropriate — with a strong focus on safety first.

WHAT: traditional strength training focusing on the major compound barbell movements - back squats, deadlifts, presses, etc.
