Program Structure
Our strength training program follows a simple, structured rotation so you’re building strength — not just going through the motions.
Tuesday: Push (upper body focus)
Thursday: Squat (lower body focus)
Saturday: Pull (full body focus)
Most women train 2–3x per week depending on their schedule.
Each session is built around one primary movement pattern, so you can focus, improve your form, and make real progress.
