LightHouse’s Youth Program focuses on making young girls safer and more productive in their sport.

Not just for athletes → muscle and strength is important beyond organized sports which is why you do not need to be a sports athlete to take part. Beyond physical strength, this program helps young girls boost self-esteem and develop body awareness in a supportive, judgment-free environment — so parents can feel confident knowing their daughter is training safely and positively.


8 WEEK WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM — APRIL 9TH TO MAY 28TH

WHEN: Thursdays 11:00am-12:00pm

WHAT: traditional strength training focusing on the major compound barbell movements - back squats, deadlifts, presses, etc.

WHERE: LightHouse Women's Weightlifting
