WORKOUT WITH MOMS WHO GET IT

Mondays and Wednesdays | Starting October 1st

We know moms are strong, but they need to lift weights too.

Stroller Sessions is a program primarily designed for moms with children in strollers. However, we welcome all children as long as they can remain still and entertained during class.

By design, weightlifting is vey slow paced, which allows ample time to interact with your child as needed throughout the class.

*For clarity: We do not offer childcare. Moms are responsible for their own child(dren.)*

MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS 10AM-11AM

With a condensed version of our regular weightlifting program, you’ll receive the LightHouse experience in 2 strength training sessions per week.

Mondays

SQUAT & STRICT PRESS

  • strengthen the pelvic floor

  • strengthen deep core muscles

  • enhance core stability

  • re-build upper body strength

Wednesdays

DEADLIFT & BENCH PRESS

  • correct postural imbalances (the “slouched” posture)

  • improve core stability

  • rebuild muscle balance

  • support overall body strength

*All movements performed can be scaled or modified for different phases of postpartum and an individual’s comfort level.*
