Small business is difficult, we are definitely not where we hoped we would be at this point. As we come up on year 3 here in Surf City we need to make some adjustments in an effort to improve business metrics. We want to grow and be able to provide you with this service for many years to come. We want to employ more people and be able to invest in their growth. We want to be able to provide this service to ladies beyond the Surf City area. We really want to keep as many people out of the sick care system as possible, and we can’t currently do that where we are as a business right now.

• Lead scheduled sessions, keep sessions on time

• Ensure safety of all athletes - make sure spotters are present, talk people back off weights that may look too heavy

• Gather athlete milestones to share with social media team
