At LightHouse Weightlifting, we teach women how to safely and properly lift. Our focus is not to provide immediate satisfaction by means of quick results, rather we focus on sustainable training leading to results that actually last. The more muscle you build, the greater the results (body wise and health wise).
Our proven Squat-Push-Pull training method is centered around barbell weightlifting coupled with accessory work with all movements being modifiable and scalable so all ages and fitness levels can participate comfortably. Through this method, we show women that lifting heavy is the key to boosting metabolism, building muscle, shedding fat, and overall health and longevity.
LightHouse Weightlifting programs for 3 weightlifting sessions a week while tracking our strength progression via our LightHouse app.
Programming Schedule:
Monday: Squat Day
Wednesday: Press Day
Friday/Saturday: Pull Day
