What is HYROX?
HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times. Each race is hosted indoors in expansive exhibition halls, creating an immersive and electrifying race, where your spectators can support you from the very beginning to the very end.
An 8-week structured program combining strength + conditioning so you can actually finish strong—not just survive.

You’ll follow a progressive 8-week plan designed to prepare you for a Hyrox-style race.
Each week includes:
Structured strength + conditioning sessions (2–3x/week)
Progressive running + work capacity training
Coaching on pacing, strategy, and movement
A final “race-style” test at the end

You finishing strong and feeling prepared.

Yes! Our programs are specifically designed for women over 40. Every session is coached to ensure proper form, safe progression, and minimal risk of injury.

No experience is required. We start with the fundamentals, teaching proper technique and building confidence before progressing to heavier loads.

Most clients see results training 2–3 times per week with our guidance. We’ll create a schedule that fits your lifestyle and complements any other activities you do.

Absolutely! Strength training enhances your performance in other activities and helps prevent injuries. We welcome additional workouts, but we’ll make sure your program prioritizes getting stronger first — too much extra exercise can slow progress. Our coaching ensures you balance your activities so you stay safe, see results, and get stronger efficiently.

We use our LightHouse app to log your workouts, track strength gains, and monitor improvements over time. You’ll always know how far you’ve come.

Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. For shoes, flat-soled shoes are best for lifting — avoid running shoes that compress too much. Your coach will guide you through warm-ups, proper form, and everything else you need for a safe, effective session.
