Conditioning is prominent in enhancing overall fitness and increasing calorie burn.
LightHouse Conditioning is a group circuit training program focused on improving women’s overall fitness by boosting endurance, stamina, strength, and cardiovascular health while simultaneously scorching calories. As your conditioning improves, your workout intensity increases leading to greater calorie burn during and after your training session, allowing you to burn calories at an increased rate post-workout.
Training sessions are structured to target upper body and lower body in a single session, allowing us to decrease the amount of stress put on a singular muscle group and allow for increased intensity and better recovery time, in turn maximizing results. Workouts are modifiable and scalable, allowing all ages and fitness levels to participate.
LightHouse Conditioning is centered around light weight and bodyweight exercises with 3 conditioning sessions a week.
Programming Schedule:
Tuesday: Full Body (core, upper body, lower body)
Thursday: Full Body (core, upper body, lower body)
Saturday: Full Body (core, upper body, lower body)
