Hey, ladies!

There haven’t been any question submissions, butttttt we want to post for the final week of the challenge!

We’ve spoken to many of you who have made incredible strides towards not just physical results, but better health.

Take this final week and really push yourself.

Set a daily goal right NOW to help you finish strong and then carry that momentum into post-challenge.

For the next 7 days you could…

Go for an intentional walk every day.

Don’t drink any alcohol.

Only eat/cook at home.

Hit your protein goal every day.

Choose a goal that relates to your lifestyle and commit to it.

Prove to yourself that you can accomplish whatever you put your mind to (because you can!).

And remember, you never know who you may be inspiring in the process...

I’ve personally been motivated by so many of you that I have had conversations with the past few weeks. Even Bryan has really committed himself to positive changes. So, we see you and know that others do too…

Know that there will always be ups and downs in your journey, but without the downs you wouldn’t have the ups. Keep moving forward always. This is just the beginning…
